Speekly – What it is
As a UGC Creator on Speekly, you can work on great assignments with small and large brands, receive cool products, expand your skills in content creation, editing, processing and customer communication and, of course, earn money with your creativity. Our team is always happy to help and support you if you have any questions or simply need a second opinion
The brands themselves are responsible for posting the content. This allows you to concentrate fully on the creation.
Upgrades
If a brand requests another video from you within an existing order, simply contact us briefly via WhatApp or E-Mail - we will then be happy to add an upgrade to the order immediately, via which the video can be paid for.
If a brand would like to upgrade the order with additional services from you or our editing service, simply contact us briefly via WhatsApp or E-Mail - we will then be happy to immediately add an upgrade to the order, which can be used to pay for the additional service.
In principle, you can request upgrades for all services that are not paid for by the modalities booked directly in the order. This can be, for example, a longer video time, an additional hook, a photo or even raw material. It's always best to ask the brand first via the chat whether you should have an upgrade set up - if the brand gives its ‘OK’, simply contact us briefly via WhatsApp or E-Mail - we will then be happy to add an upgrade to the order immediately, which can be used to pay for the additional services.
Account
If you have problems logging in, please send us contact us via WhatsApp or E-Mail. We will then take a look at your account and will immediately take care of getting you access again.
If you would like to change the language of your account, please contact us via WhatsApp or E-Mail. Our support team will take care of it immediately.
Processes
You upload the finished content in the slot provided on the delivery page. If you want to upload raw material or additional content, please do so via the ‘Additional delivery’ button.
After receiving the product, you have 7 days to upload the finished content. If you are unable to meet this deadline for any reason, you should always let Brand know in the chat. If you deliver late without letting us know, in the worst case scenario the order could be cancelled. Of course, we want to prevent this from happening.
Of course, you will never be forced by us to actually carry out an order. So if you receive a product that you don't support and feel uncomfortable creating content for it, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp or E-Mail. We will then look at the job with you and support you in the next steps.
If you have not received any feedback on your content after approx. 7 working days, it is best to contact us briefly by email or WhatsApp. We will then contact the brands directly for you and remind them of the acceptance. If there is no final response after 10 days, we will accept the content for you so that you receive your payment in any case.
Yes and no - if you have contacted a brand via Speekly, you will be banned from working with them outside of Speekly for 3 months. Violations will be penalised with the blocking of your account and the account of the brand.
Timings
That's no problem at all. You can select the holiday mode via your profile and specify the period during which you are not available for collaborations. You can also simply write to us at any time via WhatsApp or e-mail and ask us to temporarily block your account. Applications that you may have already sent can then not be received during this time.
Another option would be to make the brands aware of your absence in your applications - in any case, clear and open communication, is as always, key.
Of course, this depends entirely on your ideas as well as your organisation. Your time management is entirely up to you.
Equipment
You don't necessarily need equipment to produce great content. However, it can improve the quality of your videos considerably and make your work easier if you get yourself these 3 tools:
- a tripod to prevent unnecessary shaking and get shots from the right angle,
- a microphone to ensure good sound quality no matter where you are recording and
- a ring light to ensure you always have the perfect light.
Payments
The amount you can earn varies from order to order. It always depends on what modalities and add-ons the brands book. The minimum amount you can receive for an order is €30 - this is the payment for a 15-second video, without any extras.
As soon as a brand has accepted the content you have created via the button provided, the order is deemed to have been completed. Your credit note will then be created automatically and paid out to the bank account you have specified within the next 2-3 working days. Payment is made via Speekly.
The credit will be transferred to the bank account you have specified within 2-3 working days.
You will receive a credit note for all orders that you complete via Speekly. You can download these at any time via your personal dashboard.
As a Creator at Speekly, everyone starts at level: Basic. However, you actually have the opportunity to excel and move up to level: Bronze or level: Silver and thus increase your pay per job.
To reach the next level, you should emphasise the following points and be able to demonstrate them consistently:
- Quality of content
- Quantity of orders
- Reliability
- Communication.
