No. Working with Speekly you only concentrate on content creation. The brands do the posting themselves.

Ready-to-use video: You create a 15, 30 or 60 second video. You cut this video yourself and insert B-roll scenes. In the end you deliver a complete video.
Raw material order: You film direct-to-camera videos and B-roll scenes separately from each other & individually, WITHOUT cutting them together. You provide every brand with your separate video material - and that's it.

When you open your Speekly app, you will find jobs with different icons. If a brand requests another video from you within an existing order, offer them the opportunity to purchase an additional upgrade. As soon as the brand agrees, you can contact us briefly in the order chat by tagging @speekly. We will then place an upgrade in this order, which can be used to pay for the additional video from the brand.

If a brand would like to upgrade the order with additional services from you or our editing team, please contact us briefly in the order chat by tagging @speekly. We will then place an upgrade in this order, which can be used by the brand to pay for the additional service.

Generally, you can request upgrades for all services that are not paid for by the modalities booked in the order. This can be, for example, a longer video time, an additional hook, a photo, a CTA, a script, B-roll, a voice-over, an additional revision or even raw material.

It is always best to ask the brand first via chat whether you should have an upgrade set up - if the brand gives its ‘OK’, simply contact us briefly and we will be happy to add an upgrade to the order immediately, which can be used to pay for the additional services.

Technically, if you collaborate with a brand on Speekly you get a 3 month ban from working with that brand outisde of Speekly. Should you break this rule, we reserve the right to block your account and the brand's account.

If you run into problems logging in, simply text us at info@getspeekly.com and we will fix any issue you might have with your log in procedure.

If you would like to change your account's language settings, simply text us at info@getspeekly.com and we will assist you in this matter.

After receiving the product, you have 7 days to upload the finished content. If you are unable to meet this deadline for any reason, you should always let the brand know in the chat. If you deliver late without letting us know, in the worst case scenario the order could be cancelled and you would not get paid.

You always upload the finished content via the upload section the delivery page that's inside your job page. If you want to upload raw material or additional content, please do so via the ‘additional delivery’ button.

Of course, we will never force you to complete an order if you are absolutely against the product or have seconds thoughts about the brand. So if you receive a product that you don't feel uncomfortable creating content with, just get in touch via email at info@getspeekly.com and we will assist you in this matter.

Should the brand not get in touch with you 7 days after you've delivered the content, text us at info@getspeekly.com and we will contact the brand personally. In case the brand does not answer after 10 days, we will approve the content for them so you can get paid.

That's no problem at all. You can select the holiday mode in the app inside your profile and specify the period during which you are not available for collaborations.

Another option is to make the brands aware of your absence in your application - the important thing in any case is clear and open communication.

Of course, this depends entirely on your ideas as well as your organisation - depending on the number of orders, you can work as a creator on the side or earn your money full-time. Your time management is entirely up to you.

You don't necessarily need equipment to produce great content. However, it can improve the quality of your videos considerably and make your work easier if you get yourself these 3 tools:

• A tripod to prevent unnecessary shaking and get shots from the right angle,
• a microphone to ensure good sound quality no matter where you are recording and
• a ring light to ensure you always have the right light.

If you are recording the content with your mobile phone, make sure that your mobile phone camera is of good quality. Also make sure the camera resolution is good. It's best to always set your camera to 4k mode before you start filming.

The amount you can earn varies from order to order. It always depends on what the brands book for modalities and add-ons. The minimum amount you can receive for an order starts at €50 - this is a 15-second video, without any extras.

It also makes a difference whether you are booked for a ready-to-use video job or a raw material job. You can earn significantly more with raw material orders if the brand has booked a lot of individual sequences.

Once a brand has accepted the content you have created, the order complete. Your credit note will then be created automatically and paid out to the account you specified within the next 2-3 working days. Payment is made via Speekly.
You can always download the individual invoices via your Speekly profile.

As a Creator at Speekly, everyone starts at the "basic" level. However, you have the opportunity to excel and move up to bronze or silver level and thus increase your payment per job.

To reach the next level, you should emphasise the following points and be able to demonstrate them consistently:

• Quality of content (lighting, sound, video editing)
• Quantity of orders (regular completion of orders)
• Reliability (delivery within 7 days)
• Communication (quick responses & proactive updates to the customer)
