Speekly – What it is
On Speekly you will find creators who will work closely with you to create authentic UGC for your product, service or brand in general.
The posting of the created content by the creators on their social media channels is not part of our offer.
Speekly – How it works
First you have to register and create your account - this only takes a few minutes. You can then create your order straight away:
Choose whether you want to order a 15-second, 30-second or 60-second video; whether your videos need different hooks (e.g. for ad testing) or whether you want to order photos as well.
You will then be redirected to the payment page. After you have paid, you can create a detailed briefing that gives the creators as accurate a picture as possible of your ideas for the UGC.
Once you are satisfied with the content, you can finalise it. To do this, go to ‘Deliveries’ in your order and confirm the final approval via the ‘Accept’ button. You can then download the content immediately.
The watermark only appears if content has not yet been finally approved. As soon as you have finally confirmed the content by clicking the ‘Accept’ button, the watermark disappears and you can download it.
Processes
At Speekly, you have a revision included in every order from the outset - so if your creator has not adhered to your briefing and you have points that need to be improved, you can request this revision on the delivery page by clicking the ‘Request revision’ button. It is best to be as specific as possible about the points that need to be revised in order to provide your creator with the best possible support.
That's not a problem at all.
You have two options for continuing to work with your Creator.
- you also want a new briefing, which is why you create a new job. You can then invite Creators you have already worked with to this job. All creators are displayed in your dashboard and you can request them via the ‘Invite’ button. They must accept your request.
- you can continue working on existing jobs. Simply send us an e-mail with the subject ‘Upgrade’ in which you briefly state the link to the order, the name of your Creator and the type of upgrade. We will then place the upgrade in the chat and you can activate it by paying for it.
You can easily commission as many creators from your applications as you like. If you commission more creators than you originally specified when creating the order, our system will forward you directly to the payment page for each additional commission in order to activate it.
We can increase almost every factor for you even after the order has been created or add services that have not been selected. Only a reduction of the modalities is not possible, as the order is paid directly upon creation and is directly linked to the payment of the creators that are beeing selected.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail with a link to the order you wish to cancel and the reason for the cancellation. We will then take care of the cancellation.
Deadlines
Our standard delivery takes place 7 days after our creators have received the product and all questions regarding the order have been clarified. In the best case scenario, you will then contact us at short notice if you have any revision requests.
Of course, it can always happen that creators fall ill or are delayed for other reasons.
If you have a deadline, it is best to communicate this right at the beginning.
A faster delivery is possible in consultation with the creators and an additional payment.
In general, a revision should of course be requested as soon as possible so that your UGC can be finalised as quickly as possible. Our creators are obliged to carry out a revision within 10 days of submitting the video. If you need more than 10 days for your feedback, please discuss this with your creators.
A-typical processes
You don't need a physical product to use Speekly. Non-physical products are actually very suitable for UGC, as you can use the video to explain even better how the product works.
We have many brands that need videos for non-physical products and receive great content from our creators.
Of course, a detailed briefing is important when creating the order so that the creators can get the best possible results for you.
That's not a problem at all. In this case, it is important that you provide information about the process directly in the briefing so that the creators know that the product must be returned once the order has been completed. Please also provide your creators with a return label so that the product can be returned immediately after the order has been completed.
If your creator has not yet delivered any content and you have to cancel the order for the time being, we ask you to inform your creator once in the first step and then write us an e-mail in which you inform us and specify which order is involved.
Upgrades
Depending on how you want to use your video, we offer editing services such as music, subtitles and call outs as well as additional hooks, e.g. for testing ads on Meta or TikTok.
You can request all additional services from us at any time by e-mail - we will be happy to book them as a direct upgrade in the chat of your order.
Please let us know which order and which creator you are interested in.
Once the video has been approved, you will receive a message from our editing team asking about your wishes for editing your add-ons. You can then simply answer these directly in the chat.
Our editing team needs an average of 2-4 working days.
At the moment, raw material can only be requested in combination with a ready-cut UGC. We are working on making it possible to order raw material directly at the beginning.
That's no problem at all - just write us an e-mail with your request, the order name and the name of your Creator and we will set up an upgrade for you via the additional payment in your chat.
Payments
The payment processing of a SEPA payment usually takes 2-4 working days. However, you are welcome to send us a receipt of the payment made (screenshot is sufficient) by e-mail - we will then immediately activate your order manually.
You can enter your voucher code in the field provided when checking out your shopping basket and then proceed with the payment as usual.
If your voucher code does not work, please send us a short, informal e-mail stating the code. We will then check it for you immediately.
You will receive an invoice for all payments you make via Speekly. You can view and download all your invoices at any time via your personal dashboard in the menu under ‘My invoices’.
Account
We have a ‘Reset password’ button in the login area to request a new password.
If you have any difficulties with this, please send us ane-mail. We will then take a look at your account and will immediately take care of giving you access again.
Yes, you can invite as many colleagues as you like to join your account as team members. Therefore go to the ‘My account’ and ‘Brand and payment’ tab and invite the person to the account by email. Your colleague needs to confirm this invitation.
If you invite other people, the first team member is set as the ‘brand owner’ and is the only person to receive notifications from your account.
If you would like to designate a new brand owner, the person must be registered as a team member in your account. To change the name of the brand owner, please contact us briefly by e-mail. Our support team will take care of it immediately.
