After receiving the product, you have 7 days to upload the finished content. If you're unable to meet this deadline for any reason whatsoever, you should always notify the brand via chat. If the content is delivered late without letting us know, the entire order could potentially be cancelled. Of course, we want to prevent this from happening so please abide by the 7 day rule.

Don't worry, we would never force you to absolutely complete a job you applied for if you received a product from a brand that you didn't fully support or didn't feel comfortable creating content with. Should this at some point be the case, simply get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email and we will go over the job order with you and support you during the next steps.

That's no problem at all. You can block any time period in your calendar to make sure you won't be commissioned during your holidays. You can also notify the brands in advance by mentioning it in your applications. Either way, please make sure to communicate clearly with the brands. Applications that you may have already sent out before your leave cannot be accepted during this time.

The amount you can earn always depends on what the brands include in their job order (e.g. add-ons, video length etc.) and can thus vary from job to job. The minimum amount you can receive is €50 for a 15-second video without any extras or add-ons.

As a creator at Speekly, everyone starts at the Basic level. However, you can advance to the Bronze or Silver level by continuously completing more jobs and receiving good reviews in return. This way you also increase your payment for every job you finish in the future.
In order to reach the next level, you should always keep the following points in mind when creating your content:

• Ensure high-quality content in every one of your videos for a long period of time
• Complete a large quantity of jobs over a long period of time and receive good reviews
• be very reliable
• always practice transparent and thorough communication

Whether you have to pay tax on your work as a creator or register a business depends on several factors. In this article you will find a short summary of helpful information.

You don't necessarily need equipment to produce great content. However, it can improve the quality of your videos considerably and make your work easier if you get yourself these 3 tools:

• a tripod that prevents unnecessary shaking is great for different shots from every angle
• a microphone to ensure a good sound quality no matter where you're recording
• a ring light to ensure you always have the perfect lighting

Applying for a brand's job offer is very simple. The application video from your sedcard is automatically forwarded to the brand as soon as you have selected the job and applied. You can also update your sedcard at any time and replace the video if you wish. Be advised that if you are new on Speekly, applying to at least 50 jobs increases the chance for your first commission, is totally normal and please don't be discouraged if your first commission doesn't happen right away.

Every brand is granted one single revision of your content. After the first version has been seen by the brand you may receive a set of feedback via chat and you will have to implement the requested changes. If the brand requests further changes you can contact us. We will reach out to the brand and inform them that additional revisions and adjustments will be charged extra. If the brand accepts the additional costs, you can proceed with editing your video. Your payment will increase accordingly.
